Core Elements
• Content Focus Sessions on Talent, Influence, Language, Trends designed to stimulate discussion on strategic leadership issues for experienced professionals
Day One of each session focuses on the individual and her own style of leadership. Day Two focuses on helping the individual apply her skills within the organization as she mentors, develops, and leads others

• Peer Learning allows the participant to learn not only from the Content Session leaders but also from new peer relationships with colleagues
representing diverse companies and industries

• Individual Coaching allows each participant to focus on her own specific organization and team issues and assists her in applying the learning from
the sessions to her own unique organizational context
